• 100% advance payment for all orders.

• No credit is provided unless approved in writing by management.

• No cash-on-delivery (COD)

• Due to the nature of printing consumables, no returns or refunds are accepted once the product is sold.

3.2 Replacement Policy (If Applicable)

Replacement is allowed only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered (must be reported within 24 hours)

• Manufacturing defect (verified by our technician)

• Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition

3.3 Non-Eligible Cases

No replacement for:

• Used or partially used toner cartridges

• Damage due to mishandling

• Compatibility issues caused by faulty printers

• Incorrect model chosen by customer

3.4 Refunds

• Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

• In rare approved cases, refund will be issued as store credit only.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.

• SUPER MAX Premium compatible products carry warranty only against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover:

• any items damage due to improper handling

• Use of third-party toner powder

• Refilling done by customer

• Cartridge chip issues arising after use

• Decision of Shree K L ENTERPRISES will be final and binding.

• Customer information (name, address, contact details) is used only for billing and delivery.

• We do not share or sell customer data.

• Payment details are processed securely through trusted payment partners.
